Our vision is to be a leading specialised hospitality real estate investment company committed to creating and increasing shareholder value through the consistent growth in dividends and long-term capital appreciation of the portfolio.
We will look to further target assets in South Africa as well as offshore hospitality assets where we can add value through capital improvements, as well as the conversion of other property types into Hospitality assets.
